Tactics for racing on the erg and on water!

National Team Coaches Lesley Thompson-Willie and Phil Marshall will share their experiences building race tactics with Canada’s National Women’s Team. Coaches will learn how to develop and strengthen tactical skills in their crews for effective race profiles during the regatta season.
