SDRCC – Montréal (Québec) – The June 2019 issue of In the Neutral Zone, the newsletter of the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada (SDRCC), is now available online at: http://crdsc-sdrcc.ca/eng/media-newsletters

This edition features an article written by a Queen’s law student who shares her insights on the use of gender verification in sport, a hot topic following the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) decision in the Caster Semenya case and the latest announcement of an appeal. In addition to the profile of an SDRCC arbitrator, the newsletter confirms the hosting of a CAS regional seminar in Canada in 2020 and highlights the contribution of Board members whose mandates will come to term this coming July, as the SDRCC awaits the nomination of their successors by Minister Kirsty Duncan.

To better serve the Canadian sport community, the SDRCC welcomes comments and feedback regarding its newsletter and educational materials. This can be done by sending a message to education@crdsc-sdrcc.ca.
