The June issue of In the Neutral Zone is now available
Montreal (Quebec) – The June 2023 issue of In the Neutral Zone, the newsletter of the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada (SDRCC), is now available online at: http://www.crdsc-sdrcc.ca/eng/media-newsletters.
This edition features an article written by a Queen’s University law student who shares their thoughts about transgender athlete eligibility policies. In addition to the profile of an SDRCC arbitrator, the newsletter introduces new employees of the SDRCC, and announces upcoming events.
To better serve the Canadian sport community, the SDRCC welcomes comments and feedback regarding its newsletter and educational materials. This can be done by sending a message to email@example.com.
The SDRCC is a not-for-profit corporation created by federal legislation and funded by the Government of Canada. The mission of the SDRCC is to provide the sport community with a national alternative dispute resolution service and strengthen the culture of fairness in Canadian sport by resolving disputes quickly and efficiently and to provide expertise and assistance regarding alternative dispute resolution. In 2022, as mandated by the Government of Canada, the SDRCC implemented the Abuse-Free Sport program to prevent and address maltreatment in sport. crdsc-sdrcc.ca
