Montréal (Québec) – The June 2021 issue of In the Neutral Zone, the newsletter of the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada (SDRCC), is now available online at: http://crdsc-sdrcc.ca/eng/media-newsletters
This edition features an article by a Queen’s law student who shares her insights on the Olympic Games and human rights issues generated by hosting this mega-sporting event. In addition to the profile of an SDRCC arbitrator, the newsletter reports on the first SDRCC virtual Mediator and Arbitrator Conference and on an increase in safe sport complaints filed with the SDRCC, and announces upcoming events.
To better serve the Canadian sport community, the SDRCC welcomes comments and feedback regarding its newsletter and educational materials. This can be done by sending a message to education@crdsc-sdrcc.ca.
