Montréal (Québec) – The February 2021 issue of In the Neutral Zone, the newsletter of the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada (SDRCC), is now available online at: http://crdsc-sdrcc.ca/eng/media-newsletters
Further to the coming into effect of the new 2021 Canadian Sport Dispute Resolution Code this past January, this edition summarizes the most important changes to these procedural rules and provides more information on the new tribunal divisions of the SDRCC. In addition to the profile of an SDRCC mediator, the newsletter introduces the Women in Arbitration Mentorship Program and announces upcoming webinars and events.
To better serve the Canadian sport community, the SDRCC welcomes comments and feedback regarding its newsletter and educational materials. This can be done by sending a message to education@crdsc-sdrcc.ca.
