Kingston, July 28, 2022 – Registrations are now open for the two upcoming Youth Olympic Training Series (YOTS) for the National Youth Squad Trials Camps to be held in August in Kingston, ON: August 1-3 for 29er and August 5-7 for ILCA 6.

Part of Sail Canada’s Identified Athlete Program (IAP), these clinics provide athletes with access to guest experts and coaches, and the ability to meet and train with other youth athletes from across Canada. In addition, six singlehanded and five doublehanded teams will be selected from these National YOTS Camps to attend the Canadian Youth Squad Trials Camp scheduled for January 3-8, 2023, in Clearwater, Florida.

Coaches and guest experts include past and present National team members, as well as provincial and club coaches.

The YOTS Camps are part of Sail Canada Identified Athlete Program, presented thanks to the support of Sport Canada, Own the Podium, the Provincial Sailing Associations, Helly Hansen and Fogh Marine.
