Para-Table Tennis Athlete Suspended for the Presence of Terbutaline
Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport – (Ottawa, Ontario – September 12, 2019) – The Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport (CCES) announced today that Curtis Caron, a para-table tennis athlete, received a six-month sanction for an anti-doping rule violation. The athlete’s urine sample, collected during out-of-competition doping control on August 8, 2019, revealed the presence of terbutaline, a prohibited beta-2 agonist.
