Join the sport community at the spring Ottawa Sport Summit– Strategic Planning – Future Proofing your Organization and devote the time in this workshop to developing your organizational strategy. Topics will include coming together as one around the topic of “Strategy”, habits of highly effective change agents, vision and rally cry, SWOT analysis, creation of a priority matrix, and communication and execution of your plan. In addition, you will hear from the Canada Games Council who will speak about the importance of strategic planning and how it has transformed their organization.
