Launch of the SDRCC Webinar Series

Montréal (Québec) – The Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada (SDRCC) is pleased to announce the launch of a webinar series, which will cover a variety of topics relating to sport dispute prevention such as team selection, conflicts of interest, athletes’ rights and much more.

These free monthly webinars are a great way for administrators, coaches, athletes and any other members to acquire practical knowledge that can be used to proactively minimize the risk of disputes in their organization.

The first webinar, Main Causes of Disputes and Prevention Strategies, will focus on preventing conflicts and dealing with them properly when they do arise by implementing best practices in sport management. It is ideal for people in leadership positions and other decision-makers in sport organizations from club to national level. This one-hour webinar will be delivered in English on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. (EDT), and in French on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. (EDT).
