Were pleased to share the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport Annual Report for 2020-2021, which presents our accomplishments for the year that stopped sport in its tracks. The COVID-19 pandemic forced the entire sport system to find new ways to work together and challenged us to achieve our mission of making sport better.
This report describes how we pivoted in the pandemic to resume anti-doping tests, stepped up to lead crucial ethical conversations, and reimagined our sport culture to build back better. These accomplishments position us to have an even greater impact in 20212022 and have helped shape the process of defining our new five-year strategic plan that will be implemented in 2022. Were excited about the future and are determined to contribute to an ethical and values-based sport system for all Canadians.
