Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport (CCES) – (Ottawa, Ontario – October 1, 2019) – The Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport (CCES) is inviting expressions of interest from sport leaders who would like to participate in a Management by Values workshop to build advanced ethical decision-making skills.
The Management by Values workshop is open to leaders of Canadian sport organizations who want to enhance their management capacity by intentionally integrating values into organizational strategies, policies and procedures. Participants can expect to take leadership skills to the next level by exploring high-level risks with their peers, sharing innovative solutions to common problems and learning how Management by Values can support cultural transformation. To ensure meaningful interaction among participants, registration is limited to 10 individuals.
