Ottawa, ON – Football Canada and Elite Neurokinetix (ENK) have teamed up to pilot a virtual National Combine through the ENK Academy platform. This free initiative allows Canadian Athletes to showcase their skills at the National level. Coaches will have access to the stats of all the participants in the National Combine. The goal of this platform is to help our athletes play their sport and improve their skills even during these uncertain times.
How to participate?
Athletes To participate, athletes can register for free at www.eliteneurokinetix.com. Once registered, athletes must click on ‘join a team’ and enter the code: NationalCombine After the request is approved, the participants have access to 7 drills. They can film themselves performing each drill to get their stats and improve their skills.
CoachesTo participate, coaches can register for free at www.eliteneurokinetix.com. To join the national combine and see the stats of all participating players, coaches must request a code by sending an email to info@eneurokinetix.com with their full name and the name of their team.
Coaches can also add their own team within the platform and invite their players to join the team. To learn what the platform can do for their team, coaches can book a demo with the ENK team by sending an email to info@eneurokinetix.com. Football Canada will also be hosting webinars in the coming weeks to explain how to maximize the platform by creating programs, teams, drills, and events.
This first ever virtual National Combine is an opportunity for the Canadian football community to gain insights on the variations in skill level across Canadian athletes. Football Canada hopes to use the results of the virtual combine to establish their 2020 Top 100 U16 and U18 Futures lists, as well as beginning the identification process for Sr. Women’s Tackle/Flag National Team pools and Sr. Mens Flag National Team pool. If you are a senior athlete interested in our national team process ensure you participate in the process.
The COVID-19 pandemic is leading us to be creative and innovative. This initiative is a way to ensure that all athletes across the country can continue to perform and have an equal opportunity to play.
