The Same Game Challenge is for sport leaders, who are inspired to reimagine how women and girls access their sport but have been frustrated in their ability to make efficient and effective change.

The program takes organizations through a step-by-step process on how to better implement gender equity into their day-to-day work. This 7-month journey will give the opportunity to sport leaders and their organizations in building competencies and develop the skills needed to close gender equity gaps as well as create positive and sustainable change in sport.

Throughout the program, you will access learning opportunities, mentorship, action planning and collaboration, and a $1,000 honorarium. Same Game is made possible by the support of Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities,

Cohort 4 will officially begin in January 2024 and will run through July 2024. Cohort 5 will officially begin in April 2024 and will run through October 2024.
