Canadian Lacrosse Association – Ottawa, ON –  The Canadian Lacrosse Association has announced that Ted Cordingley will serve as the equipment manager for the Canadian national men’s box lacrosse team. This team will represent Canada at the FIL World Indoor Lacrosse Championship in Langley, B.C. from Sept. 19-28, 2019.

As the equipment manager in 2015 for Team Canada’s men box lacrosse team that won gold in Syracuse, Cordingley is ready to help the team achieve success once again. Cordingley was also the equipment manager for Canada’s national team at the 2017 Heritage Cup in Hamilton. Since 2007, he has worked as the equipment manager for the Buffalo Bandits.

“Ted has been a top tier equipment manager for many years,” said  Eddie Comeau, general manager of the Canadian men’s box lacrosse national team. “His work with the Buffalo Bandits along with his past experience with the National Team highlights his ability to ensure that the individual requirements of players are met and helping them to be ready to play.”

Cordingley joins the coaching and support staff of: head coach Glenn Clark, assistant coach Pat Coyle, assistant coach Curt Malawsky, assistant coach Mike Hasen and scout Mike McKay.
