CALGARY (December 8th, 2021) Canadian Sport Institute Calgary (CSI Calgary) is excited to announce the new custom Legacy Lager with Calgary-based brewery Trolley 5 Brewpub, with proceeds going to support Albertas high-performance athletes.

The Legacy Lager is now available for all sport fans, just in time for the holidays! The CSI Calgary branded cans (4-pack tall cans) will be available at Trolley 5 and select local liquor stores for purchase. “Trolley 5 is excited to announce another great collaboration with CSI Calgary to help raise money for our National Team athletes, said Ernie Tsu, Owner of Trolley 5 Brewpub. This community partnership is so important to us as a brewery in support of future national team programs and the athletes being developed in them.”

CSI Calgary supported athletes Reece Howden (Ski Cross), Cynthia Appiah (Bobsleigh), Brittany Hudak (Para-Nordiq Skiing), and Zach Lavin (Para Ice-Hockey) are featured on individual cans in the pack.

Were thrilled to have Trolley 5 join us in supporting our Alberta athletes. Being able to support local businesses and local athletes in their performances is a great example of how we can work together to build community in Calgary, and Alberta, said Gary Davies, President and CEO, CSI Calgary.
