Call for Nominations – 2020 Canadian Commonwealth Sport Awards

It’s that time!!

February 7, 2020, Ottawa – Time to nominate someone for the 2020 Canadian Commonwealth Sport Awards in the Sport Development Excellence Category – SportWORKS (formerly IDS (International Development  through Sport)).  If you know of an individual who should be recognized for their exceptional contributions during their international or domestic placement with CGC, now is the time to nominate them!  The award is presented to a SportWORKS Officer who has made a significant contribution to the development of sport. Recipient selection for this award is based on the nominee’s contribution to the development of sport (at any level) in Commonwealth countries around the world (including Canada), especially as it relates to CGC’s values of humanity, equality and destiny.  Click here for Previous Award Recipients.

Please note that deadline for submissions is 9:00am on Monday, March 30, 2020.
