(Ottawa, Ontario – July 27, 2020) – The Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport (CCES) announced today that, following an appeal before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), triathlete Dominika Jamnicky bears no fault and will not receive a sanction for a confirmed anti-doping rule violation. The athlete’s urine sample, collected during out-of-competition doping control on April 24, 2018, revealed the presence of clostebol, a prohibited anabolic agent.

(Ottawa, Ontario – le 27 juillet 2020) – Le Centre canadien pour l’éthique dans le sport (CCES) a annoncé aujourd’hui, à la suite d’un appel devant le Tribunal arbitral du sport (TAS), que la triathlète Dominika Jamnicky n’a commis aucune faute et ne recevra donc pas de sanction pour une violation confirmée des règles antidopage. L’échantillon d’urine de l’athlète, prélevé dans le cadre d’un contrôle du dopage hors compétition le 24 avril 2018, avait révélé la présence de clostébol, un agent anabolisant interdit.
