Canm17 v Uzbekistan at the FIFA U-17 World Cup Indonesia 2023

Canada have their backs against the wall with just one match remaining in the group phase after back-to-back losses to Spain and Uzbekistan at the FIFA U-17 World Cup Indonesia 2023. Canada lost 3:0 to Uzbekistan on Monday night and fell to last place in Group B with just one match day left before the knockout phase.

Canada still have a fighting chance to reach the second round when they face Mali in three days at Gelora Bung Tomo Stadium in Benowo (16.00 local / 04.00 ET / 01.00 PT). Canada must win and be amongst the top-four third-place teams to reach Round of 16 at the FIFA U-17 World Cup.

We started off well and created a couple of chances
