Canadian Sport Centre Manitoba – Winnipeg, MB – The Canadian Sport Centre (CSCM) is excited to announce and welcome Jessica (Jessie) Davis in the role of Marketing & Communications Specialist, effective Monday, July 15, 2019. Jessie will be taking over from Luisa Miranda Alarcón who is moving on to an exciting new endeavour. While she is staying on in an advisory capacity, we wish her the best of fortune in her new role. As our newest addition to the team, Jessie brings a wealth of knowledge in sport, community relations and promotion to the role of Marketing & Communications Specialist at CSCM.

Jessie began working in sport in 2016 with Ringette Canada on their Outreach & Promotions team, working towards promoting the sport in local communities across Canada. She then moved on to professional sport, interning with Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment in Toronto in Hockey Development & Community Relations.

Before joining the Canadian Sport Centre Manitoba, she worked as a Promotions & Events Coordinator with Bell Media in Ottawa, helping to plan, develop and manage the implementation of major contesting campaigns, sales promotions and promotional events for both radio and television while maximizing brand awareness and engagement.

Jessie holds a Master’s degree in Human Kinetics with a Concentration in Sport Management from the University of Ottawa.
