Women in Rowing Leadership workshop

In early April, Own the Podium hosted and funded a ‘Coaching Enhancement Program’ for women in rowing in Vancouver, British Columbia. The leadership workshop was facilitated by the Humphrey Group and designed to build leadership skills that can be applied both on and off the water.

National Training Centre Update

 
Since the recent announcement highlighting the selection of the future home for the National Team Programs, RCA has been working closely with the Municipality of North Cowichan and the National Team men’s and women’s programs have done some training and selection trials on Quamichan Lake.
