Women in Rowing Leadership workshop

In early April, Own the Podium hosted and funded a ‘Coaching Enhancement Program’ for women in rowing in Vancouver, British Columbia. The leadership workshop was facilitated by the Humphrey Group and designed to build leadership skills that can be applied both on and off the water.
