In early April, Own the Podium hosted and funded a ‘Coaching Enhancement Program’ for women in rowing in Vancouver, British Columbia. The leadership workshop was facilitated by the Humphrey Group and designed to build leadership skills that can be applied both on and off the water. 

The latest technical information related to the 2019 NextGen National teams can be found in the April edition of the NextGen bulletin. Events: U23 World Rowing Championships, Pan Am Games, Junior World Rowing Championships, CanAmMex, U21 Trans Tasman Cup.

The new ‘Rowing Essentials’ is up and running in the CAC Locker. Over 75 coaches have taken the course in the last month. Go to eLearning in the Locker to access the module.
