Canada Snowboard – Calgary, AB (February 12, 2019) – Canada Snowboard and Freestyle Canada are proud to announce AEXOS™as the Presenting Partner of the Halfpipe Rodeo FIS Freeski & Snowboard World Cup. The event will take place at Winsport Canada Olympic Park in Calgary, AB, from February 13-16th, 2019.

AEXOS™has developed HALO™, protective compression equipment designed to reduce whiplash, a well documented component of concussion. The core technology behind HALO™is a highly engineered collar that stiffens during a whiplash event, improving neck stability while reducing risk of injury. The collar is built into a compression shirt that provides postural support and works with the natural movements of an athlete, without affecting range of motion or mobility.

The Halfpipe Rodeo FIS Freeski & Snowboard World Cup presented by AEXOS™ will take place at Winsport Canada Olympic Park in Calgary from February 13-16th, 2019. World Cup event attendees and competing athletes can visit the heated AEXOS™ Lounge, located at the Day Lodge back deck at Winsport Canada Olympic Park, during the three-day event and learn more about the benefits of this new, innovative product.
