2019 BC Indigenous Wrestling Camp – Kamloops POSTPONED! NEW DATE March 9, 2019

Indigenous Sport, Physical Activity and Recreation Council – The Indigenous Sport, Physical Activity and Recreation Council (ISPARC) is pleased to present this provincial athlete development camp in partnership with the Tk’emlups te Secwepemc and the BC Wrestling Association.
 
Who: BC Indigenous Youth Male and Female ages 10-18. All levels welcome from beginners to experienced wrestlers.

When: Saturday, March 9, 2019 – NEW DATE

Camp Schedule

  • 9:15 – Registration for all participants. 
  • 9:30 – Welcome and Introductions
  • 10:00 – Warm up, Skill Development and Training
  • 12:00 – Lunch (provided)
  • 12:45 – Skill Development and Training
  • 2:30 PM – End of Camp

Instruction will be based on age and wrestling experience.

Where: Kamloops, BC

What to bring: Please wear proper indoor footwear, a water bottle and comfortable clothing for physical activity. 
 
Cost: FREE!!!   Thanks to the support of the Province of BC, the fee to participate in the camp is FREE and includes lunch and snacks.

Registration: Pre-registration is required, registration deadline is Friday, January 18, 2019.
