Job Title: Order Management & Service Specialist
Team(s): Account Management/Service Team
Reports to: Major Accounts Manager
Key Internal Relationships: Creative Team, Production Team, Events Team

Role Purpose:
To create a seamless and turn-key custom print experience for our customers and major account clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify, organize, and process all custom print requests and orders
  • Evaluate all assigned requests from email, phone, or in-person for garment print or embellishment.
  • Interact with customers to recommend solutions through digital mockups, links to products, and updated pricing.
  • Responsible for overseeing all assigned orders from start to finish and ensure all steps are completed for each order,
  • Establish and maintain a rapport with clients and deliver a high standard of service.
  • Communication between the teams
  • Work to ensure that all internal teams (sales, art, production, and event) are in sync regarding the custom orders, and bottlenecks are avoided.
  • Communicate daily with art, production, and event teams to understand how best to manage your orders and utilize internal processing system
  • Other duties to be assigned as required

Essential Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Command of English is integral to role, and French and Mandarin is beneficial
