Your Mission:

  • Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and visually compelling custom sports uniforms and apparel, aligning with Xeist’s commitment to high-quality, bespoke sportswear.
  • Utilize Xeist’s 3D Apparel Customizer to develop and refine uniform designs, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design projects, adhering to Xeist’s brand guidelines and aesthetic.
  • Prepare production-ready files for manufacturing, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
  • Assist in the creation of digital assets for Xeist’s website, social media platforms, and events—including product mockups, promotional graphics, and content to support marketing campaigns.
  • Incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams to refine designs, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, particularly in sportswear design, to bring fresh ideas and insights to the team.

Your Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in graphic design, preferably in the sportswear or fashion industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with 3D design tools is a plus.
  • Experience with AI tools a plus
  • Strong portfolio showcasing apparel or uniform design projects, highlighting creativity and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of garment construction and production processes is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
