Club Administrator ~0.4 FTE or 16H/week
We are looking for an organized, charismatic, experienced administrator to act as the front-line to our Club membership.
Min. 2-years of professional administration experience. Knowledge of community sport/soccer or non-profit organizations is an asset. Must be able to communicate, both written and verbal, in proficient English.
The successful applicant would be responsible for the following:
- Support all inbound Q&A from membership
- EA support for Executive Director (ED)
- Coordinate all bookings for staff, board and technical/program meetings
- Maintenance of annual master contact database and calendars
- Maintain communications connections and promotional opportunities with other partner soccer organizations, including BCS
- Act as CRC liaison, tracking and reporting for all pertinent Volunteers
- General support to the Board of Directors & YE reporting
- Work closely with the ED and the Finance & Audit Committee on annual insurance maintenance and reporting reports
- Coordinate annual Scholarship Program
- Coordination of Club events: Photo Day, Graduation, Community Days, etc.
- Administration for NVSD44 Windsor Academy
- New Employee Onboarding and general HR systems maintenance
- Participation and content support for all public/membership meetings
Depending on candidate qualifications, this role could be combined with a technical role to create a full-time position.
