Sport Newfoundland and Labrador invites you to join us for the Annual SportNL Summit on November 22-23, 2024. This year’s theme, “Building a Stronger Sporting Community,” focuses on enhancing sports programs across Newfoundland and Labrador while addressing key challenges and barriers.

Our keynote speaker, Dr. Cassidy Preston, a Mental Performance Coach, will explore the mental side of athlete performance and strategies for overcoming adversity. The summit will also feature a range of experts covering topics like Official Maltreatment, Engaging High-Performance Youth, Preventing Burnout in Sports, and much more.

Join us for our Opening Night for an in-depth discussion on athlete mental health and wellness with Dr. Cassidy Preston and Five-time Paralympian and Gold Medalist, Katarina Roxon.
