The sport community and sport tourism profressionals are invited to socialize, network, and compete for prizes at the Spo Ho Skillz Competition & Dinner, a standalone evening social event that is part of the 1.5-day Spo Ho Xperience gathering (Oct 11-12), but is open to anyone to attend.
Guests will enjoy delicious food, drinks, and interactive, gamified activities and challenges. Attendees have the option to sit back and mingle or join a team for the chance to earn prizes and gifts from the event sponsors. Those joining a team will have the pleasure of smashing things in the Vengeance Van, frolicking in the Bubble House, tracking down photos for the photo scavenger hunt, spinning the prize wheel, and hitting a 1-2 punch to box their way into earning more points.
This social event is the perfect team building activity for NSOs and MSOs based in Ottawa or local hoteliers, venue managers, sport business students or recent grads, or anyone else interested in networking with people who work in the sport hosting industry across Canada in a fun and informal atmosphere.
