Fast and Female – Play Today, Lead Tomorrow: Virtual Power Hour

We’re celebrating International Women’s Day (IWD) all month long, and we want you to join in on the FUN! International Women’s Day is a global celebration dedicated to recognizing the achievements, contributions, and advancements of women throughout history. Observed annually on March 8th, IWD aims to promote gender equality, raise awareness about women’s rights, and celebrate the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women worldwide.

Join us on March 17 at 12 pm ET for our Power of Positive Thinking workshop tailored for girls aged 8 to 14 nationwide! This workshop is crafted to heighten awareness of “Inner Gossip” and its influence on our bodies and our choices. Through hands-on experiences, participants delve into the transformative power of positive self-talk, fostering robust mental health practices for a lifetime. This program invites girls to explore, understand, and embrace the tools that empower them to navigate life with resilience and a positive mindset.

GIRLS (8-14 years old)

This Fast and Female program is for girls aged 8 to 14 from across the country and will take place on Zoom on March 17, 2024 at 12 pm ET. This session will include the opportunity to hear from an incredible Role Model in Boxing and get moving!

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

This program is valued at over $60 and we are offering it as pay what you can! You will see different ticket prices at check out – $10, $15, and $20. Please select the option that works best for you! SCHEDULE

This event will include:

  • Power of Positive Thinking Workshop: We’ll address topics such as how to use positive self talk to address our own individual “inner gossip”.
  • Boxing Class led by a professional boxer
  • Pump-Up Chat: We’ll hear from an amazing Role Model about her experiences in sport and how she uses positive self-talk in her daily life

This session will run from 12 – 1:00 pm EST/ 10- 11 am MT on March 17, 2024
