The Inclusion in Canadian Sports Network (ICSN) is hosting its 2nd Annual Diversity in Sports Conference from May 3rd to May 5th, 2024, at the Hilton Mississauga Meadowvale in Mississauga, Ontario. This conference is dedicated to promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in amateur sports and promises to be an enlightening and impactful experience for all attendees.

ICSN is a not-for-profit organization committed to fostering racial equity in the Canadian sports community. Our mission is to realize a more racially diverse and inclusive Canadian amateur sports market through community connection, education, professional development, and sharing of job opportunities.

The Diversity in Sports Conference will feature workshops and training sessions designed specifically for emerging BIPOC leaders, coaches, officials, and sports administrators. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with like-minded individuals, learn from knowledgeable keynote speakers, and gain practical advice on creating a more inclusive sports culture. The conference also aims to encourage allyship and promote LGBTQ2S+ inclusion in sports.

This event is inclusive to all coaches, officials, and sports administrators, and all BIPOC emerging leaders fro. We believe that creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive sports environment requires ongoing effort and commitment from all of us.
