Active for Life invites athletes, parents, coaches as well as recreation, sport and community organizations to participate in our 4th annual PARENTS IN SPORT WEEK via social media from October 5 to 11.
Sport is different this year with lower participation and fewer opportunities for parents to be involved. That said, parents are still essential in supporting their kids through the pandemic and they want to know how to be a great sports parents during and after COVID-19.
For clubs and coaches the week is an opportunity to recognize sports parents as well as assess and improve their efforts to inform and involve parents.
