Dr. Janice Forsyth and Beth Hudson will be featured as the guests on Bridges of Belonging on June 30th. The Bridges of Belonging conversations have been surfacing important conversation about how we take person-centered approaches in our organizations, and feature leaders with diverse backgrounds who are champions of diversity, inclusion and systems change. Dr. Janice Forsyth, is the past Chair of the Aboriginal Sport Circle,
author of “Reclaiming Tom Longboat: Indigenous Self-Determination in Canadian Sport” and Associate Professor in Sociology and Director of Indigenous Studies at Western University and Beth Hudson, is a champion and leader in building capacity with Indigenous leaders to create sustainable sport and physical activity programming. These passionate Indigenous leaders will share their perspectives on reconciliation and how we can create and build spaces and places where all people can belong.
