Sport Law & Strategy Group Blogs About How Recruiting The Best Takes Effort

February 13, 2020 – The Sport Law & Strategy Group (SLSG) is committed to sharing relevant knowledge to sport leaders using a variety of mediums including newsletters, webinars, workshops, keynotes, educational sessions and blogs. In this most recent blog, Dina Bell-Laroche shares the SLSG’s experience and practices on how to identify, vet, and select/recruit prospective employees, vendors and higher-level volunteers (like nominees for a Board of Directors) through a request-for-proposal (“RFP”) process and/or by other recruitment efforts. This blog offers a process to support an organization’s efforts to recruit top shelf talent and discern which vendors best align with the needs and values of an organization.

The Sport Law & Strategy Group has been providing strategic insight to the Canadian sport community since 1992. We are accessible, affordable, and highly skilled, bringing unparallel experience and common sense to every project.
