The Investors Group Ontario Bantam (U15) Girls’ and Boys’ Championships taking place this week at Sawmill Golf Course

Golf Ontario – From August 21-22 Ontario’s best U15 Golfers will gather in Fenwick, Ontario at Sawmill Golf Course for the Investors Group Ontario Bantam (U15) Girls’ and Boys’ Championships.
 
The practice round took place today at Sawmill Golf Course, where the U15 Golfers had a chance to see the course in anticipation of the two-day competition starting tomorrow.  90 of Ontario’s best Juvenile Golfers will take place In the championship this week at Sawmill Golf Course.
 
Sawmill Golf Course is happy to be hosting the championship this week, “We are big supporters of Junior Golf; we have over 260 kids in our Junior program here at Sawmill.  We’re thrilled to be hosting the Bantam Championship, the response from our members has been outstanding, they are very excited that our course is the host of the best 90 golfers under 15 in the province” – Carrie Julie, General Manager of Sawmill Golf Course.
 
 
Top Ranked Ontario Bantam Boys’ teeing off this week in the championship include 1^st ranked Peter Blazevic, 2^nd ranked Thomas Latter, 3^rd ranked Justin Matthews, 4^th ranked Ben MacLean, 5^th ranked Michael Weber, 6^th ranked Owen Kim, 7^th ranked Ryan Somerville, 8^thranked Domenic De Luca, 9^th ranked Luca Cimorono, 10^th ranked Bradley Parker. Top Ranked Ontario Bantam Girls’ teeing off this week in the championship include 2^nd ranked Brooke Rivers, 5^th ranked Sarah Gallagher, 6^th ranked Bo Brown, 7^th ranked Nicole Gal, 9^th ranked Katie Cranston, and 10^th ranked Ella Weber. View the Girls order of merit here.
 
The top 30 female golfers, and top 60 male golfers from Ontario tee off tomorrow from 8:00 a.m. – 10:06 a.m.
 
About the Ontario Bantam Boys’ Championship
The Ontario Juvenile Boys’ Championship is a 36 hole competition featuring the top 60 Bantam (U15) male Golfers from across the province.
 
About the Ontario Bantam Girls’ Championship
The Ontario Juvenile Girls’ Championship features the province’s top 30 Bantam (U15) female Golfers from across the province.
