March 21-22, 2019

I·SPARC is pleased to present the first BC Indigenous Provincial Indigenous Athlete Development Camp for the sport of rugby in partnership with Thunder Rugby and BC Rugby.

Indigenous youth (First Nations, Métis, Inuit) rugby players born in years 2001-2004 are invited to attend this 2-day camp featuring skills clinics with provincial level coaches, scrimmages, and opportunity to meet other Indigenous rugby athletes and role models. The event will be facilitated by provincial level coaches through Thunder Rugby and BC Rugby.

Please note that this camp is NOT a Team BC selection event for the NAIG, however, this event does provide an opportunity for preliminary talent identification and to better prepare for the Team BC selection processes should BC be able to pursue sending a team to the Halifax 2020 NAIG.
