Weather Forces Changes to All Sport One Day – Some Locations Cancelled, Others Relocated
Due to inclement weather and out of an abundance of caution for participant safety and comfort, Sport Calgary is announcing important changes to the All Sport One Day event scheduled for Saturday, June 21, 2025.
The following locations will no longer be hosting All Sport One Day activities:
- Citadel Community Centre
- Ramsay Community Centre
- Milligan/Ogden Community Centre
The locations below have had their outdoor activities cancelled and/or relocated:
- Glenmore Athletic Park:
- Cancelled: Soccer, Ultimate Frisbee, Running
- Relocated: Tennis and Fencing
- University of Calgary
- Cancelled: Soccer and Field Hockey
- Trico Centre for Family Wellness
- Cancelled: Kendo
Confirmed Relocations:
- Baton Twirling (Ages 6-10 and Ages 11-17) → now at VIVO
- Biathlon → now at 7 Chiefs Sportsplex
- Cricket → now at 7 Chiefs Sportsplex
- Winterguard → now at Glenmore Athletic Park (Stu Peppard Arena)
- 11:15am session moving to 2pm. 12:45pm session remains in the same time block.
- Seton → all outdoor sports moved indoors to Brookfield Residential YMCA at Seton
- Glenmore Athletic Park → Tennis (Aforza) & Fencing (Stu Peppard Arena) relocated indoors
- Ramsay Fencing → moving to Epic Fencing Club (3309 9 St SE) at 3pm (Ages 6-9) and 4:15pm (Ages 9-13).
More updates and relocations will be confirmed throughout the day.
For relocated activities, no action is required—your updated location will be reflected in your ticket and you are still registered. If the the new location doesn’t work for you, please email us.
To support families adjusting their plans, registration has been extended to Wednesday, June 18 at 11:59 PM. Space is still available in many activities across the city.
