Your Mission:
- As a hunter, you will be responsible for finding, qualifying and closing new accounts within the following areas:
- Competitive and high-level club programs
- Academies and multi-team organizations
- High schools and regional/provincial-level programs
- Special focus on volleyball, basketball, soccer, and flag/tackle football
- Build strong, authentic relationships with coaches, program directors, and team managers
- Run the full sales cycle – prospecting, presenting, quoting, following up, and closing.
- Maintain a healthy and growing pipeline of qualified leads
- Collaborate with internal teams (customer excellence, design, production and account management) to ensure smooth handoff after closing
- Represent Xeist at various events related to sponsorship and customers
- Help Xeist grow its presence across Canada as we scale into new regions and sports
Your Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience selling to organizations with deal sizes in excess of $50K annually
- Hunter Mentality – You’re a self-starter who thrives on new business development, understands how to qualify leads, and consistently builds a strong pipeline
- Sales Process Expertise – You can run the full cycle: prospecting, presenting, quoting, following up, closing, and transitioning to support
- High Energy & Work Ethic – You’re willing to put in the work, show up hungry, and consistently push to hit targets
- Relatable & Authentic – You can connect with coaches, club directors, and school decision-makers in a way that feels natural and real. You speak their language and earn their trust
- Sport-Specific Knowledge – Familiarity or experience in volleyball, basketball, soccer, or football gives you a leg up in understanding our customers and how they operate
- Strong CRM discipline – You see the value in using a CRM not just as a task, but as a tool to manage your pipeline, track communication, and stay organized. You consistently log activities, notes, and next steps
- Detail-Oriented & Thorough – You take pride in doing things right the first time, following through, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks—from quoting to handoff
