World Record Holder Para-Athlete Nate Riech Named CSI Pacific Athlete of the Month Powered by 2XU

Canadian Sport Institute Pacific – VICTORIA, BC – T-38 World Record holder in the 1500m, Nate Gray Wolf Riech, has been named CSI Pacific Athlete of the Month Powered by 2XU for July 2019.

Riech broke the 1500m Canadian and World Records at the Portland Twilight meet this May.  This amazing success comes on the heels of his breaking both the 800m and 1500m World Records in the T-38 classification in Berlin, Germany in 2018.  For his efforts, Riech was named Athletics Canada Ambulatory Athlete of the Year for 2018.

The T-38 category is for motor impairment for athlete TBI’s and Cerebral Palsy.
