Help us find a program partner in QC/Ottawa!

Fast and Female is a registered Canadian charity committed to empowering girls through sport, physical activity, and education. We aim to build confidence and leadership skills by hosting a wide range of national and local events and programs, both in-person and virtual.

We’re so excited to be working with Banfield Agency to deliver the Government of Canada’s WAGE (Women and Gender Equity) curriculum developed for the “It’s Not Just” campaign that is focused on increasing awareness and education of gender-based violence.

We’re looking for one more community partner to support the delivery of the 5-session in-person program in Gatineau, QC, or Ottawa, ON. The program will be delivered in French. This would come at NO cost to the community partner!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A COMMUNITY PARTNER:

  • An organization that works with and delivers programs to the community
  • Engages youth, specifically girls ages 14-18
  • Has a venue/space that we would be able to use to deliver the program

Program Partner Responsibilities:

  • Confirm venue, date and time and program
  • Support recruiting a minimum of 20 youth, maximum of 30 for the program
  • Work collaboratively with Fast and Female staff on marketing and communications
  • Be able to support delivering this program by March 28, 2025 the latest

Fast and Female Responsibilities:

  • Recruit Program Facilitator – train them
  • Oversee the delivery of all program elements
  • Purchase all necessary items and materials
  • Manage registration and evaluation

If you’re interested in partnering or have any questions, please reach out to Winnie (wli@fastandfemale.com).
