Julie is the former captain of the US women’s hockey team. She is tied as the second-most decorated U.S. female in Olympic Winter Games history and is the current head coach of women’s hockey at Concordia University. Caroline was a member of the Canadian National women’s hockey team, is an IIHF Hall of Fame inductee and is the associate head coach at Concordia University. Listen in as they talk about compassionate leadership styles and what they’ve learned through the integration of the Nova Profile, one of Sport Law’s flagship leadership development offerings.
