Ontario Soccer launches RFP to acquire an Official Soccer Apparel and Equipment Partner for Association
Vaughan, Ontario – Ontario Soccer has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) today in order to acquire an Official Ontario Soccer Partner for Soccer Apparel (including Uniforms) and Equipment. We are seeking a Partner for a term of five years up to and including the 2028-29 indoor season with an optional minimum three-year renewal term through 2032.
The purpose of this RFP is to identify and select one Official Partner for the opportunity to outfit, equip and strategically support Ontario Soccer for the delivery of its key programs and services in the areas of all pertinent Player, Coach, Match Official, Club development and education initiatives, as well as corporate and member services.
Ontario Soccer’s goal is to work with a Partner that is prepared to significantly invest in and support the sport of soccer in Ontario, as the organization enters a pivotal period for the growth and advancement of the sport in the lead-up to 2026 and beyond.
The key dates for this Request for Proposal are listed below:
- Issue Date: RFP posted online & sent to selected group of vendors to bid: October 23rd, 2023
- Proponents’ Deadline for Expressions of Interest: November 3rd, 2023 at 5:00 pm EST
- Proponent’s Deadline for Questions: November 10th, 2023 at 5:00 pm EST
- Proposal Submission Deadline: November 22nd, 2023 at 5:00 pm EST
- Invitation to shortlisted Proponents to present their proposals to Selection Committee: November 29th, 2023
