Montreal (Quebec) – The June 2023 issue of In the Neutral Zone, the newsletter of the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada (SDRCC), is now available online at: http://www.crdsc-sdrcc.ca/eng/media-newsletters.
This edition features an article written by a Queen’s University law student who shares their thoughts about transgender athlete eligibility policies. In addition to the profile of an SDRCC arbitrator, the newsletter introduces new employees of the SDRCC, and announces upcoming events.
To better serve the Canadian sport community, the SDRCC welcomes comments and feedback regarding its newsletter and educational materials. This can be done by sending a message to education@crdsc-sdrcc.ca.
