Bronze for Canoe-kayak men
Winnipeg’s Simon Hunt, Owen Gaunt, Sacha Skirzyk, and Luke Enns win the first medal in canoe-kayak, a bronze in the male K4 500m event.
“The race was great. At the 200, I yelled “dig” to them. I’m in the third seat so I get to have the authority. I yelled that dig, and another pickup at the 100. Feels absolutely amazing to win this medal.” – Sacha Skirzyk
