Due to the demand for customized and sport specific leadership development training for sport leaders, Sport Law will be offering two Virtual Sport Leaders Retreats this fall. Since 2017, dozens of sport leaders have taken this leadership training and have expressed their appreciation for the transformative impact it has had on them personally and professionally. During these trainings leaders will increase self-awareness through the NOVA Profile Assessment Tool to create a new way to be in relationships with themselves, their coworkers, staff, and the people in their life.
The Virtual Sport Leaders Retreat for fall 2022 is coming up soon!
- Administrators Edition – October 7 – December 2, 2022
- Coaches and Technical Leaders Edition – October 13 – December 15, 2022
Both will incorporate relevant teachings to expand participants’ understanding of leading and coaching in the 21st century. This virtual design will allow you to integrate the teachings in a more practical and pace-sensitive manner. Learn more about the upcoming retreats here.Â
