February 14-20th is Winter Health and Fitness Week. This year we want to reinforce how important physical activity is for our health and especially for coping with COVID fatigue. We are looking for influencers, leaders, and citizens to engage in a fun, easy, interactive way to promote physical activity. We have developed an inclusive campaign looking to connect with millions of Canadians with the hashtag #ShowUsYourMoves and #EmbraceWinter on social media and at www.showusyourmoves.ca and www.bougeavecnous.ca
