Wheelchair Basketball Canada Awards and Hall of Fame Announcement April 18

(April 15, 2020 – OTTAWA, ONT.) Wheelchair Basketball Canada (WBC) invites the Canadian wheelchair basketball community, our sport and corporate partners, media and fans to come together and join us for our annual Awards and Hall of Fame announcement on Saturday April 18 at 7 p.m. ET.
 
We encourage everyone to tune in live on our Facebook and YouTube channels as we welcome a new member to the Wheelchair Basketball Canada Hall of Fame and announce the recipients of the:

  • Junior Athlete of the Year Award
  • Female Athlete of the Year Award, presented by Grosso Hooper Law
  • Male Athlete of the Year Award
  • True Sport Award
  • Leadership Excellence Award

WBC is pleased to have the opportunity to honour the many outstanding individuals and groups that have contributed in various ways to the betterment of the sport over the years.
 
The Awards and Hall of Fame program is in place to give recognition to the ever-growing list of remarkable people whose commendable efforts and unfaltering passion for the game are a benefit to the entire wheelchair basketball community.
