Blainville, [September 11, 2025] – On Thursday, Le Blainvillier Golf Club hosted the third edition of the Women’s Pro-Am on the Course Videotron Business, in a day packed with activities that included a skills clinic, a round of golf, a cocktail reception, an awards ceremony, and inspiring talks. Once again, the event highlighted the development of women’s golf and the leadership of businesswomen.
More than 125 golfers gathered for this milestone event in the Élan féminin – golf for women program. The day began with a skills clinic presented by Samsung, after which participants were able to put their new skills into practice on the lush fairways of Le Blainvillier Golf Club.
In the evening, a cocktail reception hosted by Audrey Rioux, Senior Brand and Communications Manager at Videotron Business, gave everyone the opportunity to enjoy a moment of conviviality. The program was enriched by two inspiring talks hosted by Isabelle Dessureault, President and CEO of the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal, and Jessica Harnois, sommelier, speaker, host, author, and CEO of Productions Jessica Harnois Inc.
“ We had a simply wonderful day! It’s always a unique opportunity to bring together people from the sports and business communities to share this moment and promote women’s leadership. It’s important for us to do this, and this edition was a resounding success,” said Erick Muñoz, General Manager of Videotron Business.
Numerous prizes were also awarded during the evening, including an all-inclusive week-long golf trip to Morocco, courtesy of Eagle Experience. Zoe Lefebvre Larochelle was the lucky winner of this prestigious draw.
A special honor was also bestowed upon Sylvie Schetagne, who received a $1,500 scholarship following her participation in the U.S. Senior Women’s Open, the world’s largest professional senior women’s tournament, held in San Diego last August.
On the sporting front, victory went to the quartet of Caroline Ciot, Sonia Anderson, Francine Leclerc, and Marie-Chantal Dion, representing Le Mirage Golf Club, as well as Élaine Malo, Christine Rourke, Nathalie Chassé, and Louis La Rue, representing Pinegrove Golf Club and adidas. Both groups finished the day with a score of -10 (62).
The PGA of Québec and Videotron Business would like to thank all the participants who made this day a real success. We would also like to acknowledge the contribution of our valued partners: Samsung, Bù, Behy, adidas, Accès Physio, Cracked Canoe, Eska, Eagle Expérience, and Le Blainvillier Golf Club.
