The December Issue of In the Neutral Zone is now Available

Montreal (Quebec) – The December 2024 issue of In the Neutral Zone, the newsletter of the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada (SDRCC), is now available online at: crdsc-sdrcc.ca/eng/media-newsletters.

This edition features an article written by a Queen’s University law student who shares their thoughts about maternity policies for female professional athletes. The newsletter also profiles med-arb James Oakley, K.C., of St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. Read further to meet new personnel and take note of upcoming events.

To better serve the Canadian sport community, the SDRCC welcomes comments and feedback regarding its newsletter and educational materials. This can be done by sending a message to education@crdsc-sdrcc.ca.
