The Canadian Sport Institute Calgary Applauds Minister St-Onge’s Announcement on Mental Health Funding

The Canadian Sport Institute Calgary (CSI Calgary) is thankful for the $2.4M in Mental Health funding announced today by the Government of Canada. As a member of the Canadian Olympic and Paralympic Sport Institute Network (COPSI Network), CSI Calgary and its 400+ AAP Carded athletes that call Alberta home will directly benefit from the additional support. We also thank Game Plan for leading the way nationally, and for aligning all major sport partners in a comprehensive, system wide Mental Health strategy.
