Regina, March 29, 2023 – The Lawson Aquatic Centre (1717 Elphinstone St.) in Regina, Saskatchewan, will welcome more than 120 senior water polo players from 11 teams across the country this weekend, March 31-April 2, for Water Polo Canada 2023 Senior National Championships.
The top women’s and men’s teams from the Eastern and Western Conferences qualified for this event following a series of regular season events which started back in December.

Gold medal games will be held Sunday, April 2nd, starting at 11:45 (Regina Time) and livestreaming for all three days of competition will be available through Water Polo Canada’s YouTube Channel at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCcEkgANBAv85iypRFS4GDyw.
The Senior National Championships are part of Water Polo Canada National Championship League (NCL), which was created in 2014 to bring the domestic club age group programs under a country wide umbrella that promotes the development of the sport. The NCL offers three categories of play: Senior, 17U, and 15U.
